POSITIONS NEEDED

Media Officer:

Description: The Media officers are in charge of all publicity materials and promotional campaigns of TOUCH's events.

Skills needed:  Strong communication and inter-personal skills, proficiency in both English and Vietnamese, extensive social network. Having knowledge of online marketing platforms and previous experiences are preferred.

IT Officer:

Description: IT officer sare in charge of all IT-related duties, including website design and administration, server management and designing of publicity materials(posters, video clips and photo slideshows) and maintaining e-commerce platforms.

Skills needed: Competency in any of the relevant skills, ability to rapidly adapt to new software. Having knowledge of Joomla platform and programming software are preferred.

Operation Committee Member:

Description: Operation Committee officers are in charge of fund-raising and internal operations such as logistics and archive management. Operation Committee Officers are expected to assist other departments as well as other projects.

Skills needed: Logics and organizational skills, fast problem solvers and flexibility in travel and work schedule.

Service Learning Officer:

Description: Service Learning officers are in charge of organizing community service activities and campaigns, playing liaisons with partnering organizations as well as promotingthe service learning spirit.

Skills needed: Extensive social circle, flexibility in travel and work schedule, strong devotion to community service and creative thinking skills. Previous experience is preferred.

Youth Development Officer:

Description: Youth Development officers are responsible for training TOUCH members and the public focusing on life skills and soft skills, and raising youth's awareness of important global issues and promoting the pay-it-forward spirit.

Skills needed: Strong communication skills, including public speaking, creative thinking skills, strong interest and demonstrated proficiency in various soft skills and life skills.Previous experience is preferred.

Additional skill is needed for each position, and should be demonstrated clearly in your application form. A CV is expected. Also, we are interested in your potential, not your experiences; and in your attitude, not your aptitude.
