TOUCH stands for TO U, from Caring Hearts, is a non-profit organization lead by a group of Vietnamese students with a desire to better the community. We aim to bring about a positive change by both helping the less fortunate and by inspiring youth to make a contribution to their society.

TOUCH is not only about individuals. With this in mind, we hope all the people who help us with 'touching' and those who are 'touched” can share one special feeling in common: The secure sensation of giving and receiving something invaluable, the circle of friendship and the warmth of carin.

Our core team comprises of seven high school students from Vietnam, Singapore and the United States. Our network extends to 50 permanent members (30% boarding overseas), and 100 past-project members from the South East Asian nations. Our official partners are High school for the gifted (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam), Anglo-Chinese Independent School (Singapore), and the SEAChange Campaign. 

Our pase projects include the TOUCH Culture Exchange 2008, and the TOUCH Leadership Camp 2009.
